1. After we confirm the clients’ requests and details about the products, we will make the PDF Quotation Sheet for their confirmation.

2.If the shape or size need to custom-make, a new mould needs to open, and we will charge you. Our factory rules that if the buyer buy the product of RMB100,000,We will return RMB3000,until all the moulding charge returned back.
