Samples

1. We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

2. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

Visiting our factory

Our factory is located in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, about 4 hours bus ride from Shanghai .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

Payment Method

1. L/C Western Union, Money Gram, T/T.

2. 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance has to be paid before shipment.

3. The buyers are responsible for the bank charges when making the payment every time.

1. About Shipping Terms

1).By Air: (about 10-15 days)

2).By Express Delivery: UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS (about 7 days)

3).By Sea: (about one month)

2. About Tracking Number

We will send customers the Tracking number within 3 days and let you know the cargo's shipping Status clearly until you gets them.

Return Policy

1. We will gladly refund your money or excahnge items if obvious objections appeared. Items must be returned in its/theirs original condition within 7 days of receipt.

2. We will replace items which are malfunctioning items for 30 days from the date you receive them. Items which have physical abuse are not covered by the warranty.

3. Paymeny will be refund upon the items back to our store.
