All the equipment bought from my company will have three guarantee: repair for free within 1 year; vindicate all life time; serve twenty four hours hot line; give internet technology support.

As soon as we receive customer's defending telephone, fax and mail , our technical section will organize the special technicians to go to the customer's factory within the shortest time to do the repairing. we promise less than 24 hours to get to within our province, less than 48 hours of province outside, within 15 days abroad (if there is a visa requirement needs more time), if there is peculiar cause but unable to do the renovation in short period, we will affirm another maintained period with customers

Guarantee to keep scheduled time in good repair and the cost of after guarantee to keep scheduled in good repair, equipment damaging and not meeting

All equipment from our company, we promise that since the equipment arrived customers' factory, our technicians will go to the customer's factory (domestic

within 7 day overseas customer within 30 days after machine arrived) to install ,testing, and include workers training(about 5-10 days), If it needs go abroad to do

the testing, the needing company holds responsible to deal with the visa and pay for go and return plane ticket fee as well as the cost of accommodation; at the

same time, the buyer need pay for USD100/day per person.
