Polyurea Spray Coatings

Polyurea spray Coatings are kinds of solvent free, and non-pollution coatings. Besides of following environmental requirements, it provides a new, speedy, and simple technique in the coating industry. Because polyurea owns excellent physical properties, it can forms a flexible protective film, with good properties, on the coated materials

It is necessary to apply this polyurea spray coating through a high pressure, 2K spray system machine to mix both components efficiency and reach its best performance. Its general coated on the material surface, such as cement, metal, wood, and so on, to be as protective coatings to enhance its abrasion, waterproof, anti-corrosion, and chemical resistance.

Due to its instant reaction when both components are sprayed out, this new technique can finish the construction work with shorter time and fewer laborers. In the outdoor construction, because it can be performed even at 0 and foggy rain, lowering the chance of prolonging the due day resulting from the bad weather. Moreover, because there is almost no additional organic solvent content, the low VOC value will fit the green global policy on the Human healthy and environmental protection issues.
