PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

JOINLEADER 200 Window and Door Silicone Sealant is a middle modulus, good quality, cost effective, low odor, multi-purpose, one-part neutral curing sealant that offers good adhesion and long term durability, compatibility with a wide variety of substrates, and good weatherproof ability.

Used in a range of general sealing, general glazing, waterproofing and trade applications.

Specially designed for sealing of windows and doors.

FEATURES

Stable and flexible from –40°C to +150°C

Adheres to a range of common building materials and finishes.

Neutral cure, will not corrode metals, concrete or brick.

Non-slumping, can be used in vertical and overhead joints.

Easy to use – one part, no mixing required.

Resistant to weathering, ultra-violet radiation, vibration, moisture, ozone, temperature extremes, airborne pollutants, cleaning detergents and many solvents.

Excellent unprimed adhesion to a wide variety of construction materials and building components

APPLICATIONS

JOINLEADER 200 Window and Door Silicone Sealant is a middle modulus silicone adhesive/sealant designed for applications where non corrosive curing and durable adhesion to a variety of substrates is required, especially for window and door seal.

JOINLEADER 200 Window and Door Silicone Sealant is ideally suited for general purpose glazing, sealing and weatherproofing applications, has excellent adhesion to glass, glazed surfaces, anodized aluminum, concrete, cement, wood and some plastics.

SHELF LIFE

12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5°C and 27°C.

COLOR

Transparent, gray, black and white.

Also we can produce the sealant with special color upon customers' requirement.
