Potting adhesive of silicone sealant for electronic components

SO-305 is a two-part room temperature cure silicone. The cured mixture is flexible elastomer. It exhibits good adhesion properties to most materials, such as transportation tools, boat, airplane, metals, glass, ceramics and electronic devices. At room temperature curing process, it does not generate heat neither corrosive by-product. It also exhibits excellent dielectric properties, suitable for electric and electronic devices as waterproof sealant. Matting regent SMA-10 is available for matting surface needs. It meets the requirements of Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHs) for green environmental protection.
