Use and characteristics WPU-26-PN00B is a non-yellowing aliphatic and butyltin-free polyisocyanate that can act as crosslinking agent for aqueous polymer dispersions. The improvement of dispersions film properties such as heat, water, and solvents resistance can be achieved by its crosslinking. Notice 1. Easy to react with moisture and generate CO2 , thus seal the container when not in use
2. Should be kept in tightly closed containers at 5-40°C. Using method 1. Adding 3-5% WPU-26-PN00B by weight to the W/B PU adhesives and mix by agitator at 500-800 RPM for 8-10
mins, use up the mixed cement within its pot life (2 hours.)
2. Add 1% more WPU-26-PN00B during raining days and high humidity weather.
3. Don’t seal the container due to CO2 will evolve when hardener mixing with cement. Packing Net 200 kg per drum

Net 1 kg per can ; 15 cans per carton.

2006

Established “Dongtai plant” in North Jiangsu, China.

2011

Total polyurethane production of TPUCO reached 2400 tons per year.
