PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

JOINLEADER 880 Weatherproofing Silicone Sealant is a middle/low modulus one-part, neutral-cure, architectural grade sealant.

It has good adhesion and elongation qualification to aluminum material, glass, coated glass, concrete, some plastic, natural stone and timber, etc., and shows no sign of corrosion or defile.

JOINLEADER 880 Weatherproofing Silicone Sealant is totally free of the influence of rain, snow, sharp change in temperature and longtime being illuminated by ultraviolet ray.

FEATURES

Stable and flexible from –50°C to +200°C

Ideal for expansion, connection, perimeter and other movement joints

Excellent unprimed adhesion to a wide variety of construction materials and building components

Neutral cure – suitable for use on coated glass, galvanized steel, masonry and other porous and non-porous substrates

Cures to a strong, flexible seal capable of withstanding movement in and around the joint.

Non-slumping, can be used in vertical and overhead joints.

Excellent weatherability, virtually unaffected by sunlight, rain, snow, ozone.

Resistant to weathering, ultra-violet radiation, vibration, moisture, ozone, temperature extremes, airborne pollutants, cleaning detergents and many solvents.

APPLICATIONS

JOINLEADER 880 Silicone Weatherproofing Sealant is a specified, premium performance weather sealing product specifically designed for general glazing and weather sealing in curtain wall and building facades.

JOINLEADER 880 Weatherproofing Silicone Sealant could be used for assembling, sealing, sticking and repairing of most glass.

As weatherproof sealant, it could be applied on the connecting and compensating seam of many kinds of material such as glass, plating glass, ceramic tile, ceramic, etc.

SHELF LIFE

12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5°C and 27°C.

COLOR

Black, transparent, gray, bronze, limestone, precast white and white.

Also we can produce the sealant with special color upon customers' requirement.
