Traditional wooden pattern frame always bring antique essence, but high cost for material and delivery. Simple modern frame available also both wood and PU. We use kiln-dried, fir bar is rather straight and light than pine ones.

There are kinds of back treatment of a stretched canvas painting. One of them called "Gallery wrapping" , which means the sides are painted black, or the image Color itself continues from the front to around the sides

All art pieces are hand stretched and framed by skilled workers to ensure the corners are perfectly protected.

All art pieces are carefully packed so that they arrive with customers in good condition.

Every painting checked carefully by its author first, then by QC foreman, then sales, this helps to achieve the right stroke and colors in every details, finally the photos email to customers for checking the result.

Payment term usually by 30% deposit, the balance before shipment. Western Union, L/C, and paypal also workable here!

In case your painting arrives damaged, please do not sign the package, so we can receive the package back and claim the insurance. A new replacement for you within 10 days free.

If you find some damage from FCL and LCL, photos proof for next shipment with new replacement accepted!

5.1 Does your painting ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship all over the world. If you can receive a package via UPS or FedEx (TNT, EMS. DHL etc), then we can ship to you! LCL and FCL workable also.

5.2 When will my order ship?

Depend on the order quality and subjects. Usually small order within 7-20 days. FCL within 30 days after deposit.

5.4 How to maintain the paintings?

Try to avoid direct sunlight and moisture.

A mid wet towel can be used to wipe away the dust on the surface of painting if any.
