With the most advanced mirror back paint technology imported from Germany, HD-CB series of aluminum plating glass mirror back curtain coating paint is made with well chosen imported special resin, crosslinking agent, pigments, fillers, additives and solvent.
This product is applicable to the surface protective layer curtain coating of glass aluminum film later in mirror manufacturing flow line. It can be used for curtain coating (shower coating), roller painting, brushing, spraying and replacing imported products of the same kind

6. application attentions

1. Before using the paint, stirring it well first

2. Use the pure xylene to dilute the paint and adjust the viscosity to requirement.

3. After dilution and stirring well, pump in the leaching paint tank.

4. In the leaching paint tank, use 180 sieve meshes filtrate circularly

5. During curtain coating, use regulator of leaching paint tank to adjust the curtain to guarantee the same thickness of the film

8.storage and transport
