Brief introduction for MPEG-2 Encoder

The JD-ECD-1100 type MPEG-2 encoder of Jizhong company is the broadcasting and real-time A/V digital compression encoding equipment in accordance with MPEG-2/DVB standard. It can simultaneously process digital compression for analog/digital video and audio signal, and achieve the connection with other devices through DVB standard ASI and SPI interface.

Internally installed with forward circuit and time base correction circuit in the encoder, while lowering the demands for signal resource, it guarantees high quality signal and perfect picture quality after audio and video processing.

The JD-ECD-1100 type encoder supports kinds of standard video and audio signal interfaces, including analog component S-VIDEO, analog multi-video and single channel or analog stereo and so on. Compression data output format is ASI/SPI. Compressing method is MPEG-2 MP@ML. The encoder processes MPEG-2 real-time encoding and multiplexing for audio signal to produce DVB transmit stream. It is completely in accordance with MPEG-2 standard and with strong compatibility.

The key control of the equipment is the parameter LCD display on the front panel and the operation, the LED status display and warning indication. The powerful webmaster system can achieve long-distance control and central management for the equipment.
