HEART RATE
1. From any mode aside from the exercise mode, press the HR button.
2. Keep pressing the HR button to scroll through information such as average heart
rate, maximum heart rate, minimum heart rate and heart rate as a % of your
maximum heart rate.

Note 1: The percentage heart rate reading is calculated from your current heart rate and
the selected maximum heart rate setting.
Note 2: The higher the percentage, the harder your heart is working. For example, when
you reach 80-90% you should consider slowing down to a more comfortable level.
Note 3: The flashing icon on the screen of a heart means that the watch is currently
receiving transmissions from your sensor.
