Craft processing

1.Design coin artwork.

2.Make coin mold

3.repression. The regular treatment of the mold press units installed, the design pressure of copper or iron transfer films such as production of materials with different coin.

4.red material. Use well in advance of the knife mold, the product according to their shape, the product washed down with a punch.

5.polishing. Washed down the product into the die cutter polishing machine polishing, pressing to remove the burr, improve product finish.

6.welding coin accessories. The back of the product on the coin with a standard soldering welding accessories or customer requirements.

7.plating and color of the coin.

8.make a good emblem for packaging according to customer requirements.
