Special for Heat-resistant, Water-resistant and Solvent-resistance Coating

As a high technology and environment-friendly products, HMP-1008 can resist high tempreture (120°C Anti-stick back) and resistance to alkali and alcohol solvent. It also has the performance like anti-scratch, anti-bending, anti-yellowing, good attachment, smooth surface, no static, excellent abrasion resistance and water resistance. The product is fit to use in industry coating and the polish of high-grade coating surface.

Application Technology

2.1 In order to meet the requirements of practical application, it can make slight readjustment with moderate wetting agent, antifoaming agent and flow agent before using HMP-1008.

2.2 Coat with roller (Coating weight: about 2-8g/m², based on different equipment and

application technology.)

2.3 The Viscosity suitable for machine 15-20 Seconds(T-4 equipment),according to coating process and requirement.

2.4 Drying temperature: 60-100°C, suitable machine speed: 50-80m/min, based on different

equipment and application technology.

2.5 The base material can be different kinds of industry basements and all kinds of good

Flexibility material.

Attention

3.1 The product’s viscosity can be ajusted according to application technology, for example, it

can be diluted by deionized water and thickened by Associative water thickeners.

3.2 The products belong to water-based anionic type, so please don’t add acidic or kation chemicals if you want to add other color pastes and additives.

3.3 The rotational speed must not exceed 800r.p.m if it needs to mix.

4.1 Package 25k/125kg/200kg Plastic Drum.

4.2 Storage Stored in a cool and ventilated store, with closed container.

4.3 Storage time 1 year.
