Resistance bands are attached to weight bars and benches for added resistance during lifts. Effective for stretching the upper and lower body as well.

Width of band determines resistance. The greater the stretching distance of the band, the greater the resistance load. Seamless latex rubber constructed in layers to prevent breakage. Color coded to indicate resistant level. All bands are 41" Long. Bands sold individually.

Made of layered natural latex; All colors available; Color will be confirmed by our customer as our samples.

Our standard type is approximately 41 inch long(circumference 216cm), thickness is 3/16 inch.
