Q:How to order ?

A: We can do as following setps.

1.Send us the photos or the code of the paintings you want to make ,with details of the size ,quantity and your special request.

2.Prices ,time,shipping terms confirmation by 2 parts .

3.You will get Formal invoice of the order to arrange the deposite .The production will arranged upon the repayment .

4.Quality inspection . When the painting finished , we will send the photos of the painitngs for your confirmation .Before that we have already inspected by our QC . The paintings if need to be improved , tell us freely . we will make until satisfactory .

5.Shipment .After the quality confirmation and balance get paid,we will pack the paintings and arrange the shipment .

6.After Service . The parcel or sea shipping we will keep an eye on it to make sure everything during the shipping is smoothly .When you get the paintings , we will contact you if all is satisfactory .When found damage , or quality unsatisfaction , send us the photo to prove ,we will refund /remake the painting as compensation .

Q:Do you provide samples? How much of the sample cost ?

A:We are available to provide sample for free ,the sample cost at the first time order will be charged while be returned upon the continuous order .

Q:How long of the production ?

A:Normally for small quantity less than 50 pcs,we are available of finish it within a week .however, since the paintings need time to dry enough to be sent , 10 days will be safe .Bigger quantity more than 50pcs ,will depend on the actual order quantity .Normally for the abstracts and impressions , we are availalbe of finish 3000pcs per month .And for the other complicated subjects will need to see actual .

Q:What if I get a painting not satisfied with the quality ?

A: Please send us the photo to inform the place not happy with , we will return the money or remake the painting for compensation .

Q:Can you frame the paintings ?

A:Yes , wooden stretched ,exterior frame both are availalbe .The exterior frames we will recommend them suitablely according to the painting .

Q:How long will the shipping company deliver the parcel to us ?

A:We are cooperating the International Expresses , 3-5working days usually to arrived to the destinations .Russia and South American areas will need 7-10days .
