This machine is composed of five key parts:

1 The main drive consists of a 1.1 KW / 380V explosion-proof motor, the step less speed controller and turbine vortex reducer, so as to run smoothly, safe and reliable,

and revolving speed can be adjusted to your convenience.

2 The liquid filling machine consists of 8 sets measuring cylinder, which is made of 304 stainless steel materials with stronger corrosion resistance.

The maximum filling capacity of each measuring cylinder is 400ML, the production capacity of 100 to 120 cans/ per minute,

and the internal sealing ring in measuring cylinder is made of four fluorine polythene (F4) materials.

The F4 materials have the function of corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, wear resistance and self-lubricating, and have good sealing performance. It is the optimal sealing material.

The liquid filling machine consists of 8 sets filling liquid equipments with the characteristics of corrosion resistance, liquid irrigation without dropping materials,

and easy to be adjusted to your convenience.

The main drive motors are controlled by electrical equipments with explosion-proof.

The liquid filling machine and filling machine are all matched with a group of eight –division plastic star wheels and eight fluid filling devices accordingly. The eight-division star wheels, guide plate and guardrail are just suitable for the Φ 57 aerosol cans. The height of aerosol cans can be adjusted from 80-350 ML. The star wheels of aerosol cans with different diameter can be made for replacement.
