Machine introduction:

1.Cast iron Lathe bed, cast aluminum Longmen structure , Aviation aluminum working mesa (1.8mm thickness).

2.3-axis (XYZ) use 85BYG-450A step motor (Jiangsu Changzhou) and 3-axis is dust-proof

3.XY axis use cylinder guideway ballscrew(2510) transmission, Z-axis ballscrew is 1605

4.Exchange transformer (40V500W) power supply , driver motor is M542-05.

5.Frequency transformer is Shenzhen Sifang , water-cooled brushless frequency-change spindle (1.5kw)

6.3-axis motor line is CNC High soft lines (4*0.75), spindle line is Shielding high soft line (3*1.5)

7.The processing precision is 0.05mm

8.Design software is Type3, Artcam, Control system is NCstudio or DSP

9.Package is free fumigation wooden box (via High temperature fumigation)

Optional accessories:

1.Rotary axis

----For engraving on cylindrical shape materials.

2.Vacuum table (contain vacuum pump and vacuum pipes)

----For fixing the materials on the working table, especially for bigger working table.

After added vacuum table, the voltage will need to be 3 phase/380V.

3.Dust collector (contain dust collector pump and dust collector pipes)

----For sucking away the dusts, such as wood dusks and so on.

4.Water cycling system (water sink on the working table)

----For engraving on stone or metal materials. It is used to down the spindle's high temperature
