1. We are one of the best wood panel manufactures in China with a monthly production quantity of more than 2000 m3 per month; we produce Wood toy and other kinds of wood panels.

2. Wood species available: paulownia, rubberwood, radiata pine, Mongolian Scotch pine (pinus sylvestris), redwood, spruce/whitewood, fir, cedar, poplar etc.

3. We produce both solid stave edge glued boards and finger joint boards. Finger joint type:Finger jointed with fingers on the faces OR on the edges (butt joint) according to the buyers' requirements; all fingers and joints are perfectly closed.

4. Fixed stave width per panel.

5. All staves are sorted to harmonized color.

6. No defects whatsoever (pinholes, tapping marks, decay, wane, blue stain)

7. Moisture content 8%-12%.

8. Sanded using #240 grits sanding paper

9. No tolerance in minus.

10. We can do individually shrink wrapped according to the buyers' specifications.

11. Sizes: 1220x2440mm, 500x4200mm, 500x4500mm, 600x4200mm, 600x4500mm, 915x2300mm, standard or customized sizes.

12. Our Wood toy are mainly sold to the USA, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Belgium, the UAE, Germany, France etc.
