Hebei Vermiculite Product Co.,Ltd is a China-based company that manufacturing thermal insulating materials. Our main product is vermiculite board, a rigid refractory material that can withstand temperatures up to 2012F(1100C). In addition to being quite strong, the board is also resistant to thermal shock and can be machined with standard woodworking tools. It is asbestos free.

Characteristics:

Non-combustible and fire resistant. Excellent thermal insulation properties and minimal shrinkage at high temperatures. Easy to cut and shape with woodworking tools. Environment friendly. non-toxic, non-asbestos and zero radioactivity.

Applications:

1. As insulation in reduction cells of Aluminium Industry.

2. As insulating refractory material in all type of furnaces. As back-up insulation material for combustion chamber wall; as heat shields, register plates and replacement fire bricks for woodburning or multifuel stoves; to build a reusable mold box for casting or as kiln shelving.

3. For the thermal insulation of glass melting tanks.
