Our advantage of induction stove :

1.Energy Efficiency - When cooking with conventional stoves, energy is converted to heat and then the heat is transferred to the cooking appliance. In the process, heat is lost to the surroundings instead of being efficiently transferred to the food. In induction cooking, energy is supplied directly to the cooking vessel. Hence 90% of the electric energy is used to cook. When less heat is being lost to the surroundings, the cook-top and the kitchen are cooler.
