CJXH-1600B is the most advanced semi-automatic filling machine ,theair cylinders combined booster pump ,air storage tank.
It suitable for filling all kinds of aerosol valves, sealing machine reliable quality, easy to install and adjust.The filling part uses PTFE seals and 316L stainless steel,mainly used for filling different liquefiable gas such as Freon, dimethyl ether(DME) and 134a,including corrosive liquefiable gas.
Able to resistant corrosive and high pressure ,ensure the good spray effective for the finished goods. Continuously complete gas filling,crimping ,sealing on one working table.Three headers are combined-controlled.Improve the production rate.
The main control components in this assembly line are all imported from brand famous with proved reliability and durability.No discharging without filling;It is sealing with high quality for adopting oriented-sealing; The way of the oriented inflation in the charging end is accurate and efficient with minimal gas consumption.
