PF Series Impact Crusher Plant usually actly as secondary stone crushing machine after coarse crushing. It is capable of crushing mineral rocks with compressive strength up to 320 MPa, featuring with greater processing capability and finer discharging particles of equal granularity. Such stone crushing machine give product of cubic shape with low flakes and no internal cracks. Working principle of stone crushing machine / impact crusher plant

When the impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate of the impact crusher with high speed, on the rotate where installed the hammer. When the material get into the area which hammer effects, they are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously under the impact function of the high speed hammer. And then the material are rebounded from impact liner to the area where hammers effects for being crushed. The material from large to small all to be crushed at the impact chamber repeatedly. The process will not stop until materials crushed to be the required size and discharged from the outlet of impact crusher.
