Add white mineral oil or plasticizers as humectants of resin particle in plastic prior to production, and then add the pearlescent pigments and stir to mix well to ensure the excellent dispersibility. It is suggested to process pearlescent masterbatch before production. The addition proportion of pearlescent masterbatch can be flexibly calculated according to the content of pearlescent pigment in pearlescent plastic, and then directly mix with resin.

The addition of pearlescent luster in classical-style ceramic products can make the pattern on porcelains more vivid. The pearlescent pigments made with ordinary mica cannot withstand the high firing temperature of ceramics or enamel porcelain. The specially-treated mica titanium pearlescent pigments can widely serve ceramics and enamel due to its high refractoriness. When using, apply the pearlescent pigments and glazes prepared according to the enamelling procedure on porcelain bodies which will be calcined in the kiln maintaining a strong oxidation.
