Aluminum Foil Bubble Heat Insulation Rolls

This is a new environmental-friendly heat insulation material, which is soft, light and easy to install. It is made from aluminum foil and polyethylene by special machinery. It has no odor and toxicity; it not only overcomes the discomfort and environmental damage brought by glass fiber and epispastics materials, but can also resist ultraviolet radiation that can penetrate through sheet iron, concrete, wood and other common heat insulation materials. This new heat insulation material not only has good insulation, heat-reflection & insulation and anti-radiation functions, but also has good moisture barrier, heat-preservation and energy-saving functions in housing construction (roof, wall and floor).

The product consists of two layers of aluminum foil with XPE foam laminated between the aluminum foil. It is the new pattern of insulation, Comparing to the traditional insulation, it reflects is up to 97% of radiant energy in addition to resisting other types of heat transfer from conduction, convection and radiation.

Detailed Description

1. The XPE in the middle layer can be made according to our clients’ requirements and the outer layer can be printed with different colors or laminated with polyethylene.

2. It contains no nocuous substance and accords with the standards of ISO14000. It also does not generate any pollutant or bring any harm to people’s health when being installed and in use.

3. It is a high quality material for warm-keeping and energy-saving, which is the strong opponent of anti-sweat of cold and heat insulation. It insulates any heat media with a Stable and low thermal conductivity.

4. It is light in weight. It could absorb sound, reduce noise, and provides cushioning function.

5. It is water and leak proof, anti-flaming, easy to be processed and installed. It's durable in use and endurable to heat, cold and chemical reaction etc.
