Physical and chemical properties and main hazardous properties

White or light yellow crystal powder, high reducibility when heating or in alkaline solutin, strong decomposition and releasing poisonous gas above 100 degrees.

Purpose of the product

TDO is a new-type, environmentally friendly products, it is non-toxic, stable, and tasteless. It is used as a substitute of sodium hydrosulfite or rongalite. As efficient reducing agent, bleaching and decoloring agent, stabilizer for plastic, antidoxidant, sensibilizer, pharmaceutical intermediate, they have been widely used in textile printing and dyeing, papermaking, plastic, the synthesis of organic compounds, film industries, pharmaceutical industries, water treatment, etc.

Storage

Store in a cool ( below 30°C), dry, well ventilated area away from all source of ignition and out of direct sunlight. Keep away from incompatible materials. Keep containers tightly closed. Do not store in unlabelled or mislabeled containers. Protect from moisture. Do not store near combustible materials. Keep containers well sealed. Seal only with original vent cap. Ensure pressure relief and adequate ventilation. Store separately from organics and reducing materials. Avoid contamination which may lead to decomposition.
