PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Cellulose ethers is an odorless and tasteless white or slightly yellow powder, used cellulose as a primary source, which can be obtained from wood or cotton. Cellulose is a water-insoluble natural polymer,but after a chemical process called Etherification,this water-insoluble cellulose is turned into water-soluble nonionic cellulose ether.it include MC(Methyl Cellulose), HPMC(HydroxyPropyl Methyl Cellulose), HEMC(HydroxyEthyl Methyl Cellulose),HEC(Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose),EC(Ethyl Cellulose).

As thickening agent,binder,Adhesive,Plasticizer,water retention aid, dispersing agent, lubricant agent, Suspending agent,Emulsifier,protective colloid or stabilizer.it can supplyeasy processing, long open time, good adhesive tensile strength and so on.
