Working principle

1.The KPC series sliding wire power transport equipment connects the 380V slide wire directly to the AC control system, which allows the car to start, stop, and go forward or backward.

2.As the car drives forward, it causes the slider to move.

3.In this way, the slide wire is able to supply power to the car.

The installatioln of the sliding wire

1.The installation location of the slide wire is limited to either between the two rails or in the trough built on the side of the rail.

2.When the wire is laid in the trough, it is better to cover the trough with one single plate in order for driving safety and convenience.

3.The plate is fixed to ground by hinges.

4.When the transport equipment arrives, the plate can be automatically lifted up by the plate turnover device fitted on the car.

5.Inside the device, there are cables that can be connected to the current collector of the slide wire.

6.In this way, the power source buried in the trough gets linked to the car for power supply.

7.After the car passes by, the plate will automatically come down to let other non-rail cars pass.

Features

1.The operation system of our transport equipment is powered by 36V low voltage.

2.The car can be mounted with hydraulic lifting system.

3.It has a simple structure, and does not require high-standard rails, which greatly saves construction cost.

4.As a desirable transport equipment used in the production line of factories, the car is mainly suitable for applications in bad working conditions such as in the high-temperature working environment.

5.With a small height and short transportation distance no more than 50 meters, it can be frequently used.
