PET bottle water production line inclue:

RO system: To purify the water source (Like from undergound, Spring, River, Well, Brackish, sea and etc).

Automatic Blowing Machine: To blow preform into fine bottle.

Covey system: To send the bottle into the main part( The FILLING SYSTEM)

Filling system: To rinse, fill and cap.

Labeling machine: To put lable to the bottle which is filled with water.

Inkjet machine: To inkjet date code to the bottle.

Packing machine: To pack bottle into group

1. RO system: Remove organic salts, particles, bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, and other soluble substances to make safe drinking water.

2. Automatic Blowing Machine:

It is the full automatic blow molding machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes.

3. Filling system

The unit with 3 functions,bottle washing/filling/capping,widely used for filling non-gas contained drinks such as purified water, mineral water etc. And the bottle material is PET,volume from 0.33L-1.5L.It is perfect in performance, reliable in operation.Suitable for all kinds of bottle,round,square.

4. Labeling machine

This serial of equipments serves in full auto smart packaging line integrating the functions of delivering bottles, classifying bottles, label sleeving and label shrinking.

High speed, precise positioning, saving labor and perfect package are the design tenet of this serial of equipments.

5. Inkjet machine:

To inkjet date code to the bottle.

Automatic nozzle cleaning function,advanced power protection unit,completely solve the problem of blocked nozzles caused by power outages,saving cost and ensure long-term stable operation.

6. Shrink Packing machine
