Silicone Sealant

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Silicone Sealant is a middle modulus, good quality, cost effective, multi-purpose, one-part neutral curing silicone sealant that offers good adhesion and long term durability, compatibility with a wide variety of substrates, and good weatherproof ability.

Used in a range of general sealing, general glazing, waterproofing and trade applications.

PRODUCT FEATURES: Silicone sealant

Stable and flexible from –40°C to +150°C

Adheres to a range of common building materials and finishes.

Neutral cure, will not corrode metals, concrete or brick.

Non-slumping, can be used in vertical and overhead joints.

Easy to use – one part, no mixing required.

Resistant to weathering, ultra-violet radiation, vibration, moisture, ozone, temperature extremes, airborne pollutants, cleaning detergents and many solvents.

Excellent unprimed adhesion to a wide variety of construction materials and building components

PRODUCT USAGE: Silicone sealant

1,To be used for construction

2.Not recommended for all the substrates which will be leaking oil,plasticizers,solvents;

3. Not recommended to be used on the surface of wet substrates and colloid soaked in water for long time

HOW TO USE: Silicone sealant

Surface must be clean, dry and free from grease and old glue.

Mask smooth surface to simplify clean up.

Apply to one surface only.

Apply suitable pressure on bonding substrates.

Clean off excess adhesive with acetone.

PACKAGING AND STORE: Silicone sealant

Cartridge:300ml;Sausage:592ml.

Stored in a cool,dry and ventilated environment≤28 °c

Storage period is 9 months,exceed store period sealant still can be used if the performance is good.
