1. Introduction

1) Pitch controlled technology

Through centifugal pitch controlled mechanism, the system will stall control actively, has big angle for startup(good

startup performance) rated wind speed point, zero degree(optimum wind rotor efficiency) over rated wind speed, minus

angle(stall actively to wind rotor power for zero) The pitch controlled system closed-loop control according to the wind

speed and rotational speed, to make sure the power curve output steady.

2) ASP System ( automatical safety protection system )

Through checking the signal of wind speed and voltage, the ASP will make the wind turbine pitch control and then stop

to protect the whole system when the wind speed is more than 25m/s or the voltage is over 600V; when the wind speed

is lower than 25m/s, the system will release brake automatically to make the system start working again. Therefore, the

system can full use of wind power for power generation; meanwhile, it doesn’t need people on duty to save a lot of labor

cost, safe and steady.

4) Multiple protection measures to make sure system much safer and more stable

a. Modern virtual design technical way based on computer platform to guarantee product more steady;

b. Based on analysis platform structure design, it makes the products more optimum and steady.

c. Blade front edge “ sole” technical finish: reduce 10% wind rotor noise and anti-corrosion, prolong its service life

effectively.

d. Based on procedure control of product quality, it can satisfy with the customers’ requirements.

e. Perfect fluent wind turbine breath system, avoid expanding with heat and contracting with cold, anti-condensated

water, to make sure the system inner components no malfunction.

f. Streamline design for the tail vane, 30% stronger than traditional tail vane for the capacity of finding wind direction.

g. Multiple carbon brushes to improve power-transmission safety factor, low malfunction rate and higher efficiency.

h. Good seal for core parts to anti-sea water, wind and dust, rain, snow and fog erosion

i. Hot galvanizing and powder coating for tower, nice appearance, anti-corrosion and safety
