Copper Conductor PE Insulated Pilot Cable / Communication cable

These cables are always installed in parallel with high voltage power cable in ducts or underwater as a safeguard to height differences and transmit signals from ancillary electrical equipment or instruments

Rated voltage is 15kV and below.

The maximum long-term permitted operating temperature is 70

The temperature when installing the cable shall not be less than -5°C. The allowable bending radius shall not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable

Main technology performance specification

Conductor DC resistance at 20°C shall be less than or equal to 58.2Ω/km .

Insulation resistance at 20°C shall be more than or equal to 2000MΩ·km.

Operating capacitance in pairs shall be less than or equal to 55nF/km at 1kHz

Cables shall be able to withstand AC voltage of 15 kV / 1minute.
