IntroductionThough chloroprene rubber has an excellent weathering oil and chemical resistance, it is necessary, in practice, to make use of a modifying agent to improve the properties of chloroprene rubber adhesive, such as tackiness retention time phasing stability, heat resistance and adhesion strength "APU-20-52G" is excellently compatible with chloroprene rubber and an indispensable modifying agent for chloroprene rubber for manufacturing adhesive to meet specific purposes. Procedure

Mix ingredients of Part 1 together on milling roll then dissolve in mixed solvent (Part 3). Stir Part 2 in a vessel for 5 hours, then add it the mixture of Part 1 and Part 3, Keep agitation further 5 hours to give adhesive of 25% solids.

APU-20-52J are Alkyl Phenolic resin, especially prepared for use in Chloroprene rubber base adhesive.

Chloroprene rubber has an excellent weathering, oil and chemical resistance. However, it is necessary, in practice, to make use of a modifying agent to improve the properties of Chloroprene rubber adhesive, such as tackiness retention time, phasing stability, heat resistance and adhesion strength.

IntroductionAPU-20-80DL is a light colored terpene phenolic resin which is characterized by its high softening point and useful for Chloroprene adhesive and hot melt adhesive as an efficient tackifier resin.

APU-20-80DL is useful especially for a grafted polychloroprene adhesive which is mainly used for bonding PVC leather, since it is possibly reactive to cross-linking agent.

APU-20-80DL has a narrow molecular weight distribution and some polar group, therefore, it is widely compatible with various kind of elastomers and resins, and soluble in various kind of solvents, notwithstanding polar group or non-polar group. Characteristics1. Widely ranged compatibility
