Packing Management Procedure

First. Objectives:

In order to supply intact products to our customers, and do our best to avoid loss because of the poor package in transit.

Second. Range:

Applicable to all the delivery of products packaging.

Third. Roles and Responsibilities

QC Department: Packaging personnel (stampings, contacts, rivets, rivet inner

packaging and outer packaging of all products).

Management Department: Warehouse workers (Packing quantities verification).

Production Department: The specified packaging personnel (The inner packaging

of composite strip and wire ).

Fourth. Contents:

4.1 Operation requirements

4.1.1 The commodity shall be packed according to their types, application and the physical and chemical properties to choose the packaging materials, containers, forms and methods.

4.1.2 The company's products packaging forms and applications are as follows:

4.1.3 The commodities are packed according to the form of packaging and the

scope of application to select a suitable package.

4.1.4 Warehouse workers should confirm the inside packaging number of each box

products.

4.1.5 If the customer has special packaging requirements, in accordance with the

requirements of customers to perform.

Fifth. Packing Inspection:

Packing inspection shall include packing container inspection and package inspection (packing method, lining way, reinforcement measures and performance test, etc.). The concrete content includes surface quality and dimensional tolerance, open/ seal performance.

Description of the delivery time:

1. Sample delivery time: the general situation is 15 working days ( new molds need additional molding time)

2. Batch production delivery time: Below 500Kg is 15 days; 500Kg~2000Kg is 25 days; 2000Kg~5000Kg was 30 days ( new molds need additional molding time)

Warrantee

Payment will be returned if by any reason products couldn't be delivered.Within 7days after receipt of shipment, buyer's complaint is accepted for defects of product apperance, wrong color, wrong material, size, etc.For serious delay in shipment, the buyer could require to return the payment.For any other mistakes made by supplier, buyer could require compensation or refund of money.
