Building sand production line is a special equipment for producing sand for building and aggregate. This line is 50% lower energy using than the traditional ones. It can make various kinds of rocks, sandstones and pebbles into building sand with a wide range of feeding size. Process flow of Building Sand Production Line:
First, the vibrating feeder feeds rocks into the jaw crusher eventually to the primary crushing. Then, the material would be sent through belt conveyors into the vertical impact crusher. After that, the fine crushed material should be screened into differenct sizes. The sand which can meet the requirment of feeding size would be transferred out after washig by sand washer. The sand below standard would be recycled into sand maker, and this process is closed multiple cycles. Partical size of production can be adjusted according to customer’s requirements. If the dry process production is taken, then the line should be matched with powder separator and dust removal equipment.
