1. Is there any request for customer who wants to print a book ?

Our customer should have the copy right of what they need to print, and can provide us an clear file.

2. How can I give a clearly inquiry?

We will be appreciated if you can advise the size/ paper/ paper weight/ finishing/ color/ binding/ quantity in your inquiry. However, if you have no idea about above, you can tell us the effect you want, we will give a recommendation accordingly.

3. When can I get the quotation?

We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regart your inquiry priority.

4. What color can i use ?

Pantone colors as well as the common 4 color (CMYK) process ,any color is available.

5. How many days is the sample lead time?

We can provide one digital sample freely, 1-7 days will be needed for different sample request. Please contact us for accurate time.

6. Is there any request for the file?

We prefer PDF files with 3mm standard bleeding 4 sides, at least 300 DPI.

7. How many days needed for mass production?

Usually it will take 15-35 days for mass production, the accurate time line depends on the artwork, finishing, quantity. And the time line can be adjust according client real needs.

8. What's the order placed process?

1) Price quoted—Quality sample review —Production sample approval—Order confirmed down

2) Deposit arranged — Production begin — Production finished

3) Shipment ( by express/ air/ sea) — Pay balance payment — Received goods (can be adjust according payment terms)
