New product adopts14 watts tubular fan which is installed in the top of the hatching machine. At the outlet of fan,

there is a duct in which we also install the PTC heating element, so the hot air can be directly delivered to the bottom

of the incubator, the hot air rises and is inhaled/heated by fans at the top of the incubator , then it is sent back to the

bottom by the air duct, in this way, the hot air forms a cycle in the machine. So the heater not frequently start which

saves electric energy, and the temperature reaches consensus.

Our advantage:

1. Evenly heated. There is no dead angle of the temperature within the machine which means eggs can be heated evenly.

The difference of temperature from top to bottom is below 1 centigrade. The shell is even and the hatching rate can be 99%

which is improved by more than 10%.

2. Safe. The fan is not the traditional one with blade so people and hatched animals can not be harmed.

3. Energyefficient. The power needed by the special fan is only 14 watt (while others' products in the market need 70-100 watt generally).Power of Heating and humidifying does not change. But the total power has been reduced greatly.

4. Low noisy.

Safety:

1.Only the power supply marked on the incubator can be used, 220-240v;

2.Don't put any goods on the wire, the power line of incubator shall be placed where it won't be stepped on or make people trip and fall

3.Please don't touch the power line with wet hand, or it may cause electric shock;

4.This incubator can't be exposed to rain and sunshine;

5. Make sure that the power supply is switched off before cleaning the incubator;

6.The incubator shall be placed in room where is ventilated without vibratory equipment, it can't be placed in room with fast air movement

or room with harmful and noxious chemicals and other pollutants.
