Thickening agent WDCO-COAT 820

Ingredients:

Polyacrylic polymer, anion.

Field of employment: Used in aqueous polymer dispersions

Quality:Yellow mucus

At 20°C, propotion is 1.0g/cm3

PH value is about 6 to 8

1.5% white pulp viscosity > 120000 centipoise

Can be mixed with water in any proportion.

Suitable for printing slurry

Impact handles slightly -

Application:

Dispersion polymerization, firstly, add additive (Handle regulator, cross linking agent, etc), finally add to HIT - COAT TH8202 slowly. Stir well with homogenizer until completely swelling (about 20 to 30 min)

Dosage according to viscosity:

10-20 portion WDCO-COAT 820

1000 portion high-molecular polymer

The coating slurry, PH value adjusts to 8 at least. if pH value is too low, it can be adjusted by aqueous ammonia.

Due to the electrolyte will reduce the thickening ability, so need to avoid products containing electrolytes as far as possible. Otherwise need to add more WDCO-820 to improve the viscosity.

Storage:

Stored in shadow and cool place, avoid freezing, stir before using, fasten down after using.
