Antistatic agent AAP

Antistatic agent is suitable for spinning static elimination of polyester, polyamide and

polyvinyl chloride fiber, with excellent antistatic effect.

Composition: Quaternary ammonium salt, nonionic

Use: For wool, silk and synthetic fiber antistatic finishing

Properties

colourless liquid to little yellow

- 20 °C 1.0 g/cm3

- soluble in cold water or warm water - High resistance to salt and hard water -Has the certain affinity to fiber - not mixed with anion additives - excellent antistatic performance - At the same time give soft handle - effect of antibacterial finishing

Application

WDCO - STAT AAP can be directly added to the finishing bath

Antistatic finishing of wool and silk and synthetic fiber

Padding method 5 - 40 g/l WDCO-STAT AAP

Rate of the liquid 40 - 60 % drying usual temperature

Suction method 1 - 3 % WDCO-STAT AAP( The fabric weight )

PH 6-7

temperature 40 - 50 °C

TIME 15 - 30 min

No net washing, dehydration, drying

Because WDCO - STAT AAP could affect friction fastness problems, so need to consider WDCO - STAT AAP dosage in order to meet customer requirements. Another because WDCO - STAT AAP is dissolving ability to dye, may lead to finishing liquid coloring.

Storage

If long time preservation under 0 °C, the product may be set. After heated to 20 -- 25 °C and fully mixing can be used as usual.
