Water-proof finishing agent WDCO HF

Compositions :Fluorocarbon resin,Hydrocarbon substrate and super branch star polymers, cationic.

Usage:Suitable for cotton, polyester, polyamide and polyester/cotton blended fiber waterproof

processing, gives a good washing resistance.

Application

WDCO HF can be used alone or combined with other finishing agents, for the fabric waterproof

processing.

In general, the resistance to shear force of perfluorinated compounds is limited, so you should

control the flow of the liquid as soon as possible. Such as high speed stirring, emulsion

demulsification, and generate foam cream. In the liquid at the surface of bubbles must be removed.

Need to deal with the fabric must be fully pretreatment , to ensure that no surfactant, alkali residue.

In order to achieve durable waterproofing, we recommend:

Chemical fiber fabric waterproof processing

20- 60 g/l WDCO HF

mangle expression 50 – 60 %

drying normal temperature

baking 170 °C, 45 seconds

Cotton and its blending waterproof processing

30- 80g/l WDCO HF

mangle expression 70 –80 %

drying normal temperature

Baking 170°C ,60-90 seconds

As the baking temperature

Because WDCO HF highly active, even if the fluctuations in temperature and time, baking effect

will also get up. At the same time can reduce the baking temperature and time.

As the Seepage problem

If there are any penetration problem, we recommend to join three proofing special penetrant

10 - 20 g/l WDCO FN

In order to ensure a good and uniform rolling fluid rate, penetrant must join before other liquid

compounds.

We do not recommend with bath containing silicon waterproofing agent and softening agent,

otherwise the anti-fouling effect especially oily stain proof effect is reduced.

WDCO HF can be compatible with many cationic and nonionic finishing auxiliaries.Their suitability

must be tested before use.

Note:In use process, must make the eyes, the skin of the protective measures.

Storage:Product is sensitive to frost and heat, and not in below 0 °C or above 40 °C. Otherwise, it may produce irreversible damage. Before using the product must be used for the

product performance test. And make sure that used in sealing lid.
