I. Application

The machine is used to grind frozen meat into different shapes of meat grain without damaging the muscle fiber.

It can directly process meat under -12°C and during the grinding process, the temperature of the frozen meat will not rise more than 2°C.

II. Specification

1. The whole machine is made of food grade SUS 304 stainless steel. It’s healthy and clean.

2. There is emergency stop button which makes it safe to operate.

3. The reasonable lead of feeding screw conveyor and big feeding inlet makes the material feeding easy and smooth.

4. The grinding process is short, and meat temperature rises no more than 2°C. Good for meat preservation.

5. The Positive and negative rotate of the auger makes the discharging and conveying of the meat smooth, it’s impossible to stuck.

6. Wide application. The machine can be applied widely, such as frozen meat, deep-frozen oil, gingeli, earthnut, etc.

7. Various combination of hole plate.
