The process of whole feed pellet production line

Introduction of feed machinery

It can produce different shapes feed for fish, dog, cat etc. For fish, the feed can be

floating or sinking.

Through the pretreatment of the feed, it can reduce loss of nutrition and advance the

protein ratio. So the feed will be

digested easily by animals.

Different diameter fish feed:

With different moulds, the machine can produce different diameter food, such as 1.5mm,

2.5mm etc. So the food can meet different stage fish. The food can float more than12 hours.

How to work?

The pellet mill is easy to operate, we will install the machine and test machine well

before delivery, once user connect it with electric power, and the raw material is delivered

into the Pellet Machine through a conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die

by a feeder.

Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers.

The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die.

The pellet will be out directly.
