SUKAPro AC is a protease enzyme preparation active at acidic pH ranges and obtained from the submerged fermentation of a high protease-producing Aspergillus strain.

The proteolytic enzyme preparation in SUKAPro AC can break down the peptide bonds in protein-based foods to liberate the amino acids or polypeptides in acidic condition. Haze in the fermentation broth will be clarified by adding acid Protease in the production of alcohol, wine, ratafee, beer, butter and soy. Yeast growth during the fermentation stage is improved by the conversion of suspended proteins into amino acids resulting to a higher fermentative speed and yield.

1. Enzyme Activity: 50,000 U/g

2. pH Range: 2.5 to 6.0 with optimum at pH 3.5

3.Temperature Range: 10°C to 50°C (50°F to 122°F) with optimum at 50°C (122°F).

4.Unit Definition: The amount of enzyme needed to liberate 1µg tyrosine in one minute at pH of 3.0, at the temperature of 40°C.

Animal Feed Additive:

For use as an animal feed additive, SUKAPro AC can be mixed directly to the feed at the dosage rate of 5.0 to 10 U/g. Because of the variety of commercial feeds that are being given to different types of animals, it is advisable to adjust dosage amount according your individual condition.

Brewery:

For use in the brewing process, add SUKAPro AC at the rate of 5 U/g.

SUKAPro AC maintains its activity for considerably longer time when stored at lower temperatures (below 25°C) and in the recommended conditions in its original container.

However, the product should not be frozen.

Keep this product out of reach of children.

Even though SUKAPro AC is not toxic and is biodegradable, direct inhalation and ingestion should be avoided.

In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water.

Unnecessary contact and long term exposure to the product should also be avoided particularly for individuals who exhibit sensitivity to it.

Wash hands with warm soapy water after handling.
