Located in Beilun District, Ningbo Beilun Qihang Metal Products Co., Ltd specializes in designing and manufacturing moulds, die casting parts and some forging products,which are mainly applied in architectural hardware,auto parts,power tools and so on.Also we have the advantages of developing quick dies which can be finished 1-2 weeks after the confirmation of drawing. It largely shorten the developing time and cut the cost without destroying the properties. In 2011, the annel output has reached 30 million RMB after years of unswerving effort.The mainly market is Europe and North America.

Covering an area of about 7000 square meters(74800 square feet), it is made up of one mold workshop, die casting workshop, forging workshop,CNC maching workshop,inspection workshop(in a controled temperature) and an assembly workshop.All are equiped with advanced machines and qualified personel.With about 10 talented and experienced engineers, qihang has a strong mold developing ability.

Based firmly on ISO9001 quality system,the company operates each link from raw materiats procession to the production process in strict accordance with the procedures and boasts well-qualified QC and advanced testing equipments,which take effective control on the production process to ensure product quality,It successfully won,the ISO9001:2008 quality system cerfificate in 2009.
