Injection grouting packers for high pressure injection grouting, high pressure injection packers for building construction

Our injection grouting packers are manufactured with high quality and zero leakages. It applications for epoxy resin, P.U injection in concrete for concrete repairs and waterproofing.

This durable packer is designed for the toughest of injection conditions. The minimum open pressure of the grease nipple for our injection packer requires 1500 psi. Use a 13mm or 1/2'' diameter drill hole.

1. Clean the stains & mark the position of leaking

2. Mechanical Principle - Inclined Inject Method, place one packer every other 30cm alongside the crack

3. Dril where it leaks , burry and lock up the packer.

4. Connect The Injection Packer With Grease Head. The Next Day After Injection, Remove Extravasation.

5. Clean and maintain the injection machine
