4. The screening surfaces are supported with rubber spring, which help to lower the noise and reduce the dynamic load of the device. No concrete foundation is needed.

5. The high polymer or polyurethane wear-resistant screening deck can be supplied upon requirement.

6. Polyurethane coating is optional for the feeder.

Application field

1. Iron ore (ilmenite) processing plant:

to replace shaking fine screens, sieve bends, hydro cyclones in the iron ore concentrates controlling classification.

2. Tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium processing plant:

to replace spiral classifier, hydro cyclone, or in combination with them in the classification. The ore-feeding size can be controlled and the over grinding because of the derichment of brittle, liberated minerals with large specific gravity can be avoided.

3. Quartz sand, feldspar processing plant:

in the rod mill grinding-screening process flow. The particle sizes of the quartz sand are distributed in a wide range, therefore not easy to screen.

4. Kaolinite processing plant:

to control final product size and to screen coarse minerals before the ore-feeding enters high gradient magnetic separator.

5. Metallic powder production:
