Note: The printer is accompanied with a RIP software. After the pre-treatment, then open the RIP software and the picture you want to print, set the output position, resolution, ink quantity, then the printer will begin to work. (if needed, use the Photoshop to process the pictures before.)

About the pre-treatment:

1. Before printing, you need to spraying some textile coating on the cotton fabric, and brush it.
Then put the fabric into the heat press machine for hot irons by 150 degree. It takes about 30 seconds.
2. After the fabric was printed with image, then put it into the heat press machine again, repeat the steps to make the fabric flat.

* Flatbed printing is often a substitute for screen-printing. Since no printing plates or silkscreens must be produced, digital printing technology allows shorter runs of signs to be produced economically.

* The biggest advantage that you can get from flatbed digital printing is the versatility that they offer. No matter what material, what shape, and what size of the material you want to print on, as long as it has a flat surface and does not exceed the maximum size of printable area of the flatbed, you can print on it. The resolution of prints produced by these devices is also very high and they can print in quick speed. The ink consumption of the device is also very efficient and you are able to use the ink as optimally as possible.
