7). Evaporator: The evaporator is made of aluminum alloy. After our special processing, the evaporator is with good hardness, corrosion-resistance and excellent heat exchange, its lifespan is over 20 years.

9). Electric cabinet(Controller): Siemens/Schneider or others .

It operates automatically under the control of PLC without monitoring, and there are many auto-protections against supply water shortage, high/low pressure, electric current overload, etc. The quality is reliable and stable. CE approved.

Ice Features:

1). Flake ice: Irregular ice flakes with size about 40x40mm and chickness around 1.5-2.5mm.

2).The thin ice can be directly used for stirring and mixing refrigerated materials.

No acute edges and corners, So this thin ice will not damage the surface of the cooled object;

Large contact area and fast cooling speed;

Easy to crush and mold.

The ice can get into the cracks between goods to decrease heating exchange with outside air and to keep the raw fresh food at a lower temperature and reasonable humidity.
