Description:

The fibers, 250µm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire, sometimes sheathed with polyethylene (PE) for cable with high fiber count, locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The PSP or PAP is longitudinally applied over the cable core, which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress. The cable is completed with a PE sheath.

Storage:

1. The temperature range : -50oC to +60oC

2. The cable place in a close region, not in rain , keep the environment is dry, clean.

Transport:

1.The temperature range : -50oC to +60oC

2. Non drum with optical fiber cable flat,drum inside the container need to be fortified with wooden blocks for preventing rolling.

Loading:

1. Loading the optical fiber cable should be used forklifts and other lifting equipment or special steps,non-optical fiber cable drum rolled down or thrown from the car directly.
