Operation of Pneumatic Double Stations heat press machine
This machine is suitable for factory mass production.
Feature
1.Temperature controller adopt imported components,high accuracy.

Operation guide
Attention:This machine must have reliable and protective ground line.
1.Insert power,turn on the red rectangular power switch,indication light lighted.
2.Connect 6~8kg of pressure to the air entering gate which on the air filter(The air filter can adjust the pressure),when the cylinder work,the heating plate will rise.
3.Adjust the digital display temperature controller to the proper time. When the temperature reach the seted time,the red light extinguished,then the operation can start.
4.Adjust the time controller to the needed time.
5.When the green switch on,it becomes automatic,push the working table to the right and the left.When the working table reach the right place,the machine starts working.When the seted time finish,the heating plate return to the top automatically.One time
6.When the green switch off,it becomes manual.That means you should push the working table to the right place,then press the green round switch,then the machine start working.When the seted time finish,the heating plate return.
7.Red round switch is"emergency stop"button,if you press this button,the whole machine will stop working,the heating plate return to the top.If you need restart the machine,turn the red round switch clockwise,the red button will spring away,then the machi
Maintenance
1.Pressure:If the pressure is not big enough,adjust the handle of the pressure filter,clockwise direction increase the pressure,anti-clockwise decrease the pressure.
2.Time:When the seted time finish,but the heating plate doesn't return to the top.
1)Check the air pressure if it is normal.
2)Check the electric wire if it get damage.
3.Temperature:When the seted time finish, and the machine's indication light is bright,but the heating plate is not hot,please check the circuit.
